- Water Damage (excluding any water that rises or comes up from the space such as a flood or ground water)

- Moth, Insect, Rodent, or Vermin Damage (covered up to $500)
- Lightning
- Explosion

Coverage Options: $2,000 for $9 a month | $3,000 for $12 a month| $5,000 for $15 a month

How to File a Claim:
-Contact your Storage Facility Manager.
-Do not remove items until instructed to do so.
-Take Pictures of damaged items

Important Tips:
- Use a disc or cylinder lock to minimize risks.
- Do not store Food items, flammable or hazardous materials.
- Take inventory of all stored items.
